I'm not sure what kind of "reward" can be given, but I'd like to see some recognition given to some of the people on the Bloc that contribute to discussions w/out the need to disparage others. Seems there's negative rewards... banning, but nothing positive. (not to imply I'm against banning.. some @#$%ers *should* be removed for taking a leak in the community waterhole)

To deal with abuse, spell out the rules and if/when someone breaks said rules, eliminate their option of a custom avatar. Depending on the pic used, and the average person should have common sense to know something pornographic wouldn't be allowed, suspend or ban the person. Maybe tie the ability to have a custom avatar to someone's post count or length of time on the Bloc.
